This is an amazing body shop! I cannot recommend it enough. After my car was hit (not my fault), they took care of everything. They handled all the insurance communication and kept me informed through each step. They made the whole process extremely easy for me and worked hard to get my car done early before I left for vacation. My car looks absolutely amazing! Mr. Bouse and everyone were so kind and professional through the whole experience. They are such a blessing and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing car repairs done quickly and professionally.

I cannot recommend this body shop enough! From day 1, they took care of everything after my vehicle was hit by a FedEx truck and I was not at fault. They handled all communication with the insurance adjusters, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything completely stress-free for me. The repairs turned out absolutely amazing my car honestly looks brand new again. Carrie and everyone at Hub City has the best customer service, professionalism, and their attention to detail is beyond exceptional. I’m so grateful for how smooth they made the entire experience. We had an excellent experience from start to finish after my wife’s vehicle was rear-ended. The entire process was seamless, with clear timelines communicated upfront and consistent follow-through throughout. The team was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful; taking the time to guide us through the insurance process and ensuring we understood how to maximize the value of our claim. They were well-prepared, had all necessary parts ready, and ultimately returned our vehicle ahead of schedule. The quality of the work was outstanding. Wow after reading the reviews I would think there all lies or wonder why all these cars are getting such fast service. My car has been there since May and it is Oct.28th as I write and still haven't gotten my car back, I was told in August that the parts were in and called ol Chad in September and they hadn't even stated on it, then Chad tells my insurance that it would be ready on Oct 3rd so I go over there and it hasn't even been in the shop, so I call on Oct 5th and Chad said well it has hail damage so we will fix that with our insurance. There was a hail storm in June I was going to call today Oct.28th but I just wasn't up to hear another lie. My car had damage to the fender door and rear qtr panel , I will never take my car here ever again and I recommend you shouldn't either they might just decide to keep your car for 6 months.
